Covid-19 shows us how vulnerable seniors are

Are preexisting medical conditions putting you at risk? Seniors with preexisting conditions are at the greatest risk of illness or death. That's why it's so important that seniors work at reducing their risk.

First, we all should work hard to lose weight by eating healthier, exercising more frequently, and using an app to track our consumption. Second, we should reduce our blood pressure by reducing sodium, reducing stress, sleeping better, and losing that weight. Last, we should discuss our symptoms with our doctor and be honest about how we feel.


Feeling tired, short of breath going up the stairs or headaches are not normal signs of aging. It sometimes means we are diabetic or prediabetic. The CDC says Type 2 diabetes can be prevented by most people.
